By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Foxie Entertainment Ltd. regarding your use of Foxy Vegas. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Throughout these Terms, the following names and references all refer to the same application, platform, service, and brand operated by Foxie Entertainment Ltd.: “Foxy Vegas,” “FoxyVegas,” and the website located at foxyvegas.com. Any variations in spacing, capitalization, or formatting of these names (including but not limited to “Foxy Vegas,” “FoxyVegas,” “FOXY VEGAS,” “foxyvegas,” or “foxy vegas”) shall be understood as referring to the same App, platform, and brand.
The website foxyvegas.com serves as the official web presence and companion resource for the App. References to the App in these Terms include the mobile application, the website at foxyvegas.com, and any related services, features, content, or functionality offered through either platform, unless otherwise specified.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and brand identifiers associated with Foxy Vegas, FoxyVegas, and foxyvegas.com are the exclusive property of Foxie Entertainment Ltd. or its licensors. Any unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Foxy Vegas is a free-to-download and free-to-play social casino entertainment application. he App provides users with access to a variety of social casino-style games, including but not limited to virtual slot machines, virtual table games, virtual card games, and other interactive entertainment experiences.
IMPORTANT: Foxy Vegas is a social entertainment platform only. The App does not offer any form of real-money gambling, betting, or wagering. No real money can be won, lost, earned, or wagered through the App. All gameplay within Foxy Vegas uses exclusively virtual currency (“Virtual Coins”) that holds no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred outside the App. Virtual Coins do not represent any real-world currency, credit, or item of value.
The App is provided at no cost to users. There is no charge to download, install, or access Foxy Vegas or its games. Success in social casino games within Foxy Vegas is not indicative of future success at real-money gambling. The simulated casino games in this App are intended for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute gambling.
IMPORTANT AGE RESTRICTION: This App is intended for adults only. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this App. In jurisdictions where the minimum age for accessing simulated gambling content is higher (for example, 21 in certain U.S. states, or as otherwise required by local law), you must meet that higher age requirement. Additionally, this App is not available in Restricted Territories as defined in Section 20. The App is not available in Restricted Territories listed in Section 20, regardless of App Store age rating settings.
In accordance with Google Play Store policies, Foxy Vegas is rated using the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) system. The App is classified with the appropriate maturity rating reflecting its simulated gambling content. The App is not enrolled in Google Play’s Designed for Families program and is not intended for use by minors under any circumstances.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations. If social casino applications are prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use the App. Refer to Section 20 for the full list of Restricted Territories where the App is not available.
We reserve the right to implement age-verification mechanisms, including but not limited to age-gate screens at first launch, and to request verification of age or identity at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.
Foxy Vegas allows users to create an account and onboard through various methods, which may include but are not limited to email registration, social media login (such as Facebook, Google, or Apple Sign In), third-party authentication services, guest play, or other sign-in methods made available through the App
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any passwords, PINs, or authentication tokens.
You agree that you will not share your account with any other person, create multiple accounts, or use another person’s account without authorization. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or any other behavior that compromises the integrity of the App or its community.
In accordance with Apple App Store (Guideline 5.1.1(v)) and Google Play Store requirements, if you have created an account within the App, you have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. You may initiate account deletion through the following methods:
(a) In-App: Use the account deletion feature accessible within the App’s settings or profile section.
(b) Email: Contact [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
Upon account deletion, all Virtual Coins, game progress, and associated data will be permanently removed, subject to any legal retention obligations. Account deletion is irreversible. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Foxy Vegas uses a proprietary virtual currency system referred to as “Virtual Coins.” Virtual Coins are provided to users for use exclusively within the App to participate in social casino games.
Virtual Coins are digital tokens with no real-world monetary value. They are not currency, securities, or any form of financial instrument. Virtual Coins cannot be redeemed, refunded, exchanged, or converted into real money, credit, prizes, items of real-world value, or any other form of tangible value under any circumstances. Virtual Coins do not constitute property and confer no vested right.
Users may acquire Virtual Coins through various in-App mechanisms, which may include but are not limited to daily login bonuses, promotional events, achievement rewards, gameplay milestones, special offers, or other methods determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
You acknowledge that you have no ownership interest, property right, or legal claim to any Virtual Coins. Virtual Coins remain the exclusive property of Foxie Entertainment Ltd. and are licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for personal entertainment purposes only.
Virtual Coins may not be sold, traded, gifted, transferred, or otherwise conveyed to any other user or third party, whether for compensation or otherwise. Any attempt to do so is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, adjust, or remove Virtual Coins at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. This includes the right to adjust Virtual Coin balances, change distribution rates, or implement expiration policies.
Under no circumstances do Virtual Coins have any real-money value, and under no circumstances can Virtual Coins be redeemed for or converted into any prize, award, gift, merchandise, or anything of real-world value. This App does not operate as a sweepstakes, lottery, contest, or prize-based competition. There is no mechanism within the App to cash out, redeem, or otherwise convert Virtual Coins or gameplay outcomes into anything of monetary or tangible value.

(c) Use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the App or manipulate gameplay.
(d) Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or places an undue burden on the App’s infrastructure.
(e) Harass, threaten, bully, or engage in abusive behavior toward other users.
(f) Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
(g) Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is obscene, defamatory, offensive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
(h) Attempt to buy, sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Coins or accounts outside the App.
(i) Use the App if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 4.
(j) Use the App to promote, facilitate, or direct users to any form of real-money gambling, betting, wagering, or lottery.
(k) Create, distribute, or display any content that targets or is harmful to minors.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prior notice or liability.
All content, features, functionality, graphics, visual elements, audio, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property associated with Foxy Vegas, FoxyVegas, and foxyvegas.com (including but not limited to all brand name variations described in Section 2) are owned by or licensed to Foxie Entertainment Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the App, except as incidental to normal use of the App for its intended purpose.
The Foxy Vegas name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans (including “Foxy Vegas,” “FoxyVegas,” and the foxyvegas.com domain) are trademarks of Foxie Entertainment Ltd. or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.foxyvegas.com/privacy/ . By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may collect certain information during the registration and onboarding process, as well as during your use of the App, including but not limited to device information, device identifiers, usage data, IP addresses, approximate geolocation data, and any information you voluntarily provide.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This App is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 18 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (a) These Terms are between you and Foxie Entertainment Ltd. only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the App. (c) In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. (d) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App. (e) In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of such claim. (f) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. (g) You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted party list.
If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (a) These Terms are between you and Foxie Entertainment Ltd. only, and not with Google LLC (“Google”). Google is not responsible for the App or its content. (b) Google has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for the App. (c) The App complies with Google Play’s Developer Program Policies, including its policies on simulated gambling content, data safety, and user data handling. (d) Google is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms to the extent required by Google Play’s terms.
Neither Apple nor Google sponsors, endorses, or is in any way affiliated with Foxy Vegas, FoxyVegas, foxyvegas.com, or Foxie Entertainment Ltd. Any promotional campaigns, or marketing activities offered through the App are sponsored solely by Foxie Entertainment Ltd. Neither Apple nor Google is a sponsor or participant in any such activity.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Foxie Entertainment Ltd. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Your use of third-party services for account registration or authentication (such as social media logins or Apple Sign In) is subject to those third parties’ respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
Foxy Vegas does not promote, endorse, link to, or direct users to any real-money gambling, betting, or wagering platform or service. Any advertisements displayed within the App (if applicable) will comply with platform-specific advertising policies and will not promote real-money gambling to users of this App.
The App may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies:
(a) The App will not display advertisements that promote real-money gambling, betting, or wagering services to users.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF TEN DOLLARS (USD $10.00) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foxie Entertainment Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable laws, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any Virtual Coins associated with your account will be forfeited without compensation.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-App account deletion feature or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon voluntary termination, all Virtual Coins, game progress, and account data will be permanently deleted, subject to any legal retention obligations. Please refer to Section 5.1 (Account Deletion) for full details on the account deletion process.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
Foxie Entertainment Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature thereof at any time and without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may release updates to the App from time to time, which may include bug fixes, new features, content updates, security patches, or other improvements. You may be required to install updates to continue using the App. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes included in the update.
Updates may be delivered automatically through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device settings. We recommend enabling automatic updates to ensure you have the latest version of the App with the most current security and feature improvements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foxie Entertainment Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, representative action, or collective proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Foxy Vegas is not available in all jurisdictions. The App is intended for use only in countries and territories where simulated gambling and social casino entertainment content is permitted under applicable law. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not a citizen or resident of, any Restricted Territory (as defined below).
The following countries and territories are designated as Restricted Territories where the App is not available, and from which access to and use of the App is strictly prohibited. This list includes jurisdictions where gambling (including simulated gambling), social casino content, or related activities are banned, heavily restricted, or otherwise prohibited under local laws and regulations:
Asia and the Middle East: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China (including Mainland China and Macau SAR), India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, North Korea (DPRK), Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea (Republic of Korea), Syria, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Yemen.
Africa: Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Somalia, and Sudan.
Europe: Turkey.
Other: Any other country, territory, or jurisdiction where simulated gambling, social casino gaming, or similar entertainment content is prohibited or restricted under local law, or where Foxie Entertainment Ltd. has determined that distribution is not appropriate.
If you are located in, reside in, are a citizen of, or are accessing the App from any Restricted Territory listed above, you are strictly prohibited from downloading, installing, accessing, or using Foxy Vegas. Any attempt to access the App from a Restricted Territory, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions, is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
We implement technical measures, which may include but are not limited to IP-based geolocation, device-level location data, and app store distribution restrictions, to prevent access from Restricted Territories. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, regardless of any technical measures we may employ.
If we determine or reasonably suspect that you are accessing the App from a Restricted Territory, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, forfeit any Virtual Coins associated with your account, and take any additional action we deem necessary, without prior notice or liability.
The list of Restricted Territories may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion to reflect changes in local laws, regulations, platform policies, or our operational decisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to ensure that your continued use of the App remains compliant. If your country or territory is added to the Restricted Territories list, you must immediately cease all use of the App.
Foxie Entertainment Ltd. assumes no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from your access to or use of the App in violation of these geographic restrictions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxie Entertainment Ltd. from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal costs arising from your unauthorized use of the App from a Restricted Territory.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.foxyvegas.com/privacy/), constitute the entire agreement between you and Foxie Entertainment Ltd. regarding your use of Foxy Vegas (including FoxyVegas, foxyvegas.com, and all related brand variations) and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
The failure of Foxie Entertainment Ltd. to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
